Villa Aliki

This is a unique newly constructed property built by the renowned architect John Pawson. It is located in the heart of the Cyclades in a 4,600 sqm, fully landscaped plot with direct access to the water and spectacular views of the Aegean Sea. Simple, geometric individual volumes are carefully arranged in order to optimize the expansive sea views. Each volume is interspaced by a variety of open and shaded areas.

The house consists of an expansive outdoor area, featuring an 80 sqm granite clad pool alongside a shaded area between the kitchen and the dining rooms. The indoor area includes 3 independent guest bedrooms on the west side of the property, and the master bedroom is located independently on the east side of the pool, all equipped with en-suite bathrooms with unobstructed sea views.

Aliki is a beautiful coastal village with a picturesque port, located about 13 kms south of Parikia. There is a sandy beach and some great fish tavernas. The beaches around Aliki are favourite places for windsurfers and there are many small coves ideal for total privacy and relaxation.
