Avaia is located in one of the most beautiful settings in the renowned area of Pylos Golf Courses and Unique Region of Natural Beauty. An idyllic one acre property with large sea views, decorated with private shady relaxing garden areas, flowers, herbs and 250 olive trees. This luxury villa impresses with its hidden location and the uninterrupted view over the Ionian Sea, the bay of Navarino and the golf courses of Costa Navarino.

You will be spoiled by the calm environment and with every breath you take, you will absorb the atmosphere of the  surrounding nature and sea.

The innovative moon shaped design of the villa blends in harmony with its natural surroundings. The choice of colours, the private atmosphere of each room and the selection of furniture offers a pleasantly warm and cheerful atmosphere.

Ground floor. Open plan living area with dining room and kitchen, opening onto terrace. Two double bedrooms with king size bed, transformable to two single beds, with en-suite bathroom.  Separate walk in dressing, large private terrace, access to the pool and view to the sea. Wheelchair friendly room and bathroom.

First Floor. Master Bedroom with two single beds, transformable to a king bed. With en-suite bathroom with shower. Single bathtub in the bedroom, separate walk in dressing, large private terrace with access to large sea-view terrace. Large Bedroom with two single beds, transformable to king size bed, with en-suite bathroom, and large terrace with sea- view. Playroom/ TV room with a convertible sofa with 2 twin beds.

Golf courses very close

The Dunes Course, 3 km, 18 holes.

It is the first signature-designed golf course in Greece. Open since May 2010, the impressive seaside Dunes Course is the first signature golf course in Greece, designed by two-time US Masters Champion and former Ryder Cup Captain Bernhard Langer in association with European Golf Design. This championship course offers spectacular sea and river views and incorporates some links-style features in areas closest to the sea. Parts of the course venture into olive and fruit groves, while some holes run along a small river – the Sellas – which meanders through the site. Combined with large undulating greens, wide fairways and steep-faced pot bunkers, the links element of the course adds to its unique style and playability.

The Bay Course, 9 km, 18 holes

Open since October 2011, the 18-hole, 71 par seaside Bay Course at Navarino Bay, designed by Robert Trent Jones II, provides both a fun experience and a challenging test for golfers of all levels. The Bay Course offers an alternative set of challenges and choices in a quite different setting.

With the majority of tees offering sublime sea views and two holes playing along the historic Bay of Navarino, the course plays a little shorter than The Dunes Course at 5,760metres from the back tees and meanders through three distinct natural landscapes. The Seaside, Canyon, and Grove holes provide striking contrasts that create a dramatic and memorable golf round.
